Azure
The Document Drafter is deployed on fully Microsoft managed platform-as-a-service infra- structure with separate databases and storage accounts for each customer. Data is stored redundantly with replication six times over three fault centers in two geographical locations. Our standard deployment is in European data centers with customer locked box to ensure the European data boundary. We support multiple global deployment options.
Vulnerability Assessments
At least annually, we commission leading third-party security firms to perform application-level security vulnerability assessment / penetration testing of our application.
GDPR Compliant
We employ a host of security features to ensure GDPR compliance. Notably, we use double key encryption with the second key managed by a non-Microsoft third-party to ensure your data cannot be accessed by Microsoft and relieve potential concern in relation to US Cloud Act and/or Schrems-II. We also support "bring your own key" for double key encryption.

We maintain a formal and comprehensive security program designed to ensure the security, integrity and availability of customer data, protect against security threats or data breaches, and prevent unauthorized access to our customers´ data.
